List an agent's notifications
GET/agents/:agent_id/notifications
The notifications in one agent's bell, newest first.
Reading this never marks anything as read. In the console, opening the bell is a human deciding they have seen something; a background job polling for new items must not clear that badge out from under the person it belongs to.
meta.unread_count carries the badge number alongside the page.
