List knowledge bases
GET/knowledge-bases
Every knowledge base in the account.
Requires the Knowledge Base AI capability to be switched on. When it is off the
endpoint answers 403 with code: feature_disabled — deliberately, so a client
can tell "switched off" from "nothing indexed yet".
